"Good luck madam..."

...says the daily circular girl to me outside the grocery store and I wonder if she's a soothsayer, because she seems to say it deliberately.

Today I do the most important thing. Nothing. Which is everything.

I wash clothes, I clean, I run in the park, I grocery shop, I cook, I nap, I paint my nails, I write, I cook again, I drink wine, and I start a new show (Riverdale!)

It’s hard for me to have a day like this. The voices in my head whisper, “Do more, make it count, make it look good…” Even the writing I do today is an hour of "work" to prove I exist and serves as penance for not sightseeing. (This, written in words, looks so stupid.) Something Stella said to me last night when I returned home keeps coming back to me: “It’s all part of the journey.” Which is code for, “You’re good.” I love my best friend.

I’m good :) No big stories from me today, just some pictures from my pretty morning in the park.
Queen Victoria, moated badass #goals ;)
